We will supply the requested documents to the lender, I will help you with the list of other documents needed
Once the loan is funded, the title is transferred to the buyer, The lender transfers finds to the escrow, The 'For Sale' sign is removed from the property
New owner receives the house keys, You receive the money in your account, Subscriptions are cancelled, insurance is transferred, etc., You move out of the house
